Membership Benefits

As a Collective Aesthetics member, you will enjoy exclusive benefits, including but not limited to discounts, access to member-only events, and priority access to new product launches and promotions.

Membership benefits may be subject to change, modification, or termination at any time, at the sole discretion of Collective Aesthetics. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the Collective Aesthetics website.

Percentage discounts are not applicable to any Medical Weight Loss Package. However, any unused balance can be applied to Medical Weight Loss Maintenance Programs.

Unlimited Rollover

Collective Aesthetics memberships offer an unlimited rollover option for unused membership benefits.

Rollover benefits can accrue within a 12-month period from the sign-up date.

All rollover balances must be used prior to the 12-month anniversary date. If rollover balances are not redeemed, the outstanding rollover balance amount will decrease by 50%.

Your rollover balance may be gifted to one person per month.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your Collective Aesthetics membership at any time.

To cancel your membership, simply go to your confirmation email, select the top right option, and choose to cancel the membership.

If the payment is declined, the membership will be paused until the payment method is restored.

If the member chooses to reinstate the membership, the rollover balance will be restored.

Upon cancellation, any membership rollover balance will be honored as a spa credit.

All membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by applicable law.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions represent the agreement between Collective Aesthetics and the members regarding the membership program. These terms and conditions supersede any previous communications, representations, or agreements.

Collective Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the member to review the most recent version available on the Collective Aesthetics website and via email.

Any failure by Collective Aesthetics to enforce or exercise any provision of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
