Cancellation Policy

At Collective Aesthetics, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of scheduled appointments. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and respect our providers’ time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

We kindly request that clients reschedule or cancel their appointments at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable charge of $50.

⁠Late Arrival Policy:

If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that your treatment time may be shortened. Late fees may also apply:
– 15 minutes late: $20.00
– 30 minutes late: $50.00
– 1 hour late: $100.00

Refund Policy:

We regret to inform you that refunds are not available for any services rendered. It’s important to note that aesthetic results can vary from person to person, and achieving desired outcomes may require additional treatments; However, defective products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same product only. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Children and Pet Policy:

For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly request that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. Pets are also not permitted during appointments, unless they are service animals.
